Tatura is a town in Victoria, Australia’s Goulburn Valley region. The town’s name is derived from an Aboriginal word that means “small lagoon.” Tatura had a population of 4,669 people according to the 2016 census. It is part of the local government area of the City of Greater Shepparton.
